My Net-Works can remotely provide software support if your computer has got a working broadband connection. For more complicated issues it is possible that we can help you with some PC problems without even a site visit. We can send you a small program which you run on your pc while we are in our office. With your permission, we connect to your PC securely and can take control of your screen (share your keyboard & mouse) to help diagnose and troubleshoot the issues. It is as if we are working side by side at the same PC.
